How to implement technology in every day classroom?

With restrictions of student's ability to type Thai, it is rather difficult for me to use technology outside the classroom to promote and engage students in learning Thai language. The only way I might be able to do this is to create a control situation in the classroom where students can participate with Smartboard in reviewing their vocabulary and their spelling skills in Thai.

Implementation plan will be used for Thai Native I students who are going to learn and understand the Thai Tone systems in order to be able to read and write the tone correctly.
The learning will engage student in analyze and interpret image (Thai alphabet, vowels) with sounds in order to gain meaning within the sentence and contexts students will read and write.

Smartboard will be my major technology tools in reviewing, analyzing, and cooperative group work during the class time. As stated in The ISTE National Educational Technology Standards (NETS•T) and Performance Indicators for Teachers that the Teachers use their knowledge of subject matter, teaching and learning, and technology to facilitate experiences that advance student learning, creativity, and innovation in both face-to-face and virtual environments.

At the end of the unit, student should be able to write and pronounce correctly the learn Thai tone groups. I believe that use Interactive White Boards would be very helpful. I hope that this way of teaching will motivate students in creating their understanding on Thai word system as well as encourage them to reason and reflect on their learning through the Smartboard tools. Students' digitally conditioned brains are 21st century brains, and teachers must encourage these brains to operate fully in our classrooms. We must recognize that relationships and focused attention are key to learning in this century. If we can help students balance the gifts technology brings with these human gifts, they will have everything they need.
