Digital and Media Literacy

Digital and media literacy seem to be something that language teacher like me has to think about. Learning a language in the 21st century, language acquisition seems to happen everywhere and using technology is one of the tools that should help students learn and enjoy the lesson. Digital and media literacy is a new way that language teacher can use in their lesson in order to motivate students in technology world enjoy their learning experience.

In today language learning students are not only learning the language but they have to understand its culture as well as people. This is why I always use current issue as part of my lesson. I am glad that I study this course because I would be able to use variety of tools in searching for the appropriate web-site for my lesson. With support from Jeff and Ed.Tech I think that both me and my students are enjoying the lesson. In addition, my students would be able to know about useful Thai web-sites so when they left school they would be able to continue their Thai through all the web-site I have been using in class.
