The new technology on ipad. It is interesting but for me I feel like what are we going to do with the traditional book. Students will lost their interest while they are reading the traditional book. Pictures and inter active function make it more fun to read a book. How do we use this consumer device to serve educational environment?
Copyright issue is a messy subject especially in school. Discussion how copyright effect education? Students copy other people work (writing and pictures) for the assignment. Internet is actually sharing activity. New licensing allow people to share but being recognized. Use for non-commercial purposes and show the recognition for the writer.
It is rather scary to learn that everything I put on the web will be opened to everybody in the world.
